Our family is rooted in compassion, hard work, and a deep love for both people and animals. Living in the beautiful rural community of Marilla, New York has brought us back to our country roots and allowed us to build a life centered around family, service, and connection. Together, we strive to create a welcoming and emotionally supportive environment where others can feel cared for, understood, and at peace.
Linda is the heart and visionary behind the operation. As a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and an intermediate school counselor, she brings warmth, empathy, and professional guidance to everything she does. Her passion for helping others and her nurturing spirit help shape the supportive atmosphere of the farm and our family life.
Wes is a Licensed Funeral Director by trade and brings dedication, reliability, and leadership to the daily operations of the farm. From maintenance and repairs to managing logistics and business operations, he keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Wes is also actively involved in the community as a member of the Elma Conservation Club, where he shoots trap with Owen, and serves on several state committees for the New York State Funeral Directors Association.
Our oldest son, Owen, is the dependable helping hand when it comes to the tougher labor around the farm. He is graduating high school this year and will attend SUNY Geneseo to pursue a degree in History Education. Owen is hardworking, thoughtful, and team-oriented, and he also plays competitive hockey alongside his brother Ian.
Ian, our middle child, has an incredible mechanical mind and enjoys working with his hands. He plays an important role in the maintenance and repair side of the farm and is always eager to learn new skills. Ian is currently a sophomore and was accepted into the highly competitive Aviation program at Erie 1 BOCES. He also plays competitive hockey and is actively involved in Boy Scouts Troop 601, where he is working toward the rank of Eagle Scout alongside his father, Wes, who serves as the troop’s committee chairman.
Eryn, our youngest, has the biggest heart of all. She is a true animal lover and helps care for the smaller livestock on the farm with patience and compassion. Eryn also enjoys horseback riding and figure skating, with Linda proudly supporting and cheering her on every step of the way.
As a family, we value kindness, emotional support, community involvement, and the healing connection between people, animals, and nature. We are grateful to call Marilla home and cherish the opportunity to share our passions, our farm, and our caring spirit with others.
